Rachael is a Senior Associate at Cahill Family Lawyers, who specialises in all aspects of family law, where she has practiced exclusively since commencing with our firm in 2015.

Rachael has extensive experience in achieving resolutions for her clients without the need for court proceedings where possible, by way of negotiation, mediation, as well as preparing Binding Financial Agreements, Spousal Maintenance Agreements and Child Support Agreements.
