Cate King

Cate is a Family Lawyer who specialises in a wide range of areas, specialising in property settlement matters, binding child support agreements and parenting litigation matters.

Cate joined Cahill Family Lawyers in 2025. Prior to joining our firm, Cate worked at a leading family law firm in Peth, where she gained experience in all areas of family law matters, ranging from simple to complex.

Cate is aware the family law process is a stressful time for many clients and their families and approaches each matter with compassion and the goal of achieving a practical, prompt and cost-effective resolution.
