Samuel Formica

Samuel is a Senior Family Lawyer who advises and represents clients across all aspects of family law matters, including parenting matters, property settlements, child support arrangements, proceedings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and Intervention Order matters in the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria.

Since joining the firm in 2018, Samuel has developed a strong passion for family law and the unique challenges and rewards that come with assisting clients through significant periods of change. He has gained extensive experience across a broad range of family law matters and has developed a particular interest in Intervention Order matters.

Samuel understands that separation and family law disputes can be difficult and deeply personal experiences. He is committed to ensuring his clients’ matters are handled with professionalism, care and sensitivity, while providing clear guidance to help them navigate the legal process.
