Sam commenced in 2018, when he was still completing his Graduate Diploma of Laws. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria not long after and has been an irreplaceable member of the team ever since.
Samuel developed a passion for the unique challenges and intrinsic rewards of family law while completing his Bachelor of Laws degree. He understands that his clients want their matters dealt with professionally and as sympathetically as possible.
He empathizes that any family separation is difficult and offers clear advice to help guide clients through turbulent times.
During this time, Samuel has worked closely with Executive Partner Paul Cahill. His key areas of specialty include the negotiation of child support and living arrangements, property settlements and spousal maintenance issues.
